WHO, WHAT, WHY ENVIRIAN?

I want to take a moment to explain Who Envirian® is, what we do and why you can be sure we are going to help you save time and money while surpassing your customer service expectations.   

The Envirian® management team has over 50 years of collective real estate brokerage/management and operational experience. Our technical mentor and CEO Dr. Lee Konowe was involved in the first PC development project in 1974 (IMSAI).  

Created to “Fulfill the Promise of Real Estate Technology”, Envirian® is based on a concept over twelve years in the making and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia.   Others try to implement technology into their existing business, we built our business around technology and will always be at the forefront because of it.  It's a distinct advantage we have over our more traditional competitors as their models where built and matured before internet technology existed.  Comparing big traditional companies to Envirian is like comparing the horse and buggy to the automobile.  We simply do more, faster and more effectively. 

We are a technology company that sells Real Estate, not a Real Estate company employing technology.  This distinction is not an insignificant one.  This means that your process is simplified.  One example of this is how quickly we were able to respond to your inquiry.

Envirian® of Bucks County is the first franchise territory to open in the country.  The owners in Bucks County ( Bill Kramer and Kevin Kravcak) have over 30 years of combined local real estate experience. They began operations with Envirian™ in June of 2005.  There are now 56 franchises throughout the United States with more to come.   Recently Envirian went Global with the opening of franchises in Aukland and Christ Church, New Zealand.  Soon Envirian will be in places like Australia, South Africa, Singapore, and China just to name a few. 

The first thing we can do for you is to deliver new listings to you seconds after they hit the market. The next thing we do is to help you with any travel requirements you have. We can pick you up at the airport or train station, provide maps for you, arrange hotel or rental cars.  Also, we can suggest things to do including, good restaurants and coffee houses for you to enjoy during your visit. 

When purchasing a home from "out of town" the necessary paperwork becomes an annoyance.  With ENVIRIAN® our patented and secured, e-sign & secure™, system makes the secondary paperwork quite painless.  These required signatures can be done via our secured web based signature system, making federal express and faxing obsolete. Of course, we can still do things the old fashioned way if it makes you more comfortable.

 Whether Buying or selling, our on-line conveyancing of your file, Closing Tracker™, allows us and you to monitor the activity of your file from anywhere in the world. No more being left out of the loop, being inconvenienced with last minute changes or settlement nightmares.  You and I have 24/7 access to your file from the time you sign into our system to when your home goes under agreement then to settlement and even long after settlement occurs.  This way when you have a question regarding your file, you and I will always have access to the answers.
