With all the media hype about it being a buyers market, you might feel as though there is no hope for a quick or reasonable sale of your home.  It doesn't have to be that way. 

If you are a motivated seller, you are realistic and understand proper pricing.  You are willing to view your home through the buyers' eyes.  If you are a motivated seller, you know that you've got to price your home according to what the market will bear vs. what you want or need out of your home.  Sadly, I have experienced owners who are unaturally and inappropriately emotionally attached to their home, such that even anger may accompany pricing discussions.  Even after sharing comparable homes sold, I have some sellers hold on to an unreasonable outcome.  If this describes you, you may not be as motivated as you think.

If you are facing a job change, or a financial downturn, you may not have the luxury, in this or any market to hold out for what you think you should get.  I only mention this up front, so that you can heave the BEST expereince of selling your home.  That is what I want to deliver to you, should you choose me to be your agent.
