Blog, Blah, Blah....

Thanks so much for visiting my blog.  The plans are to update this frequently and have this be a forum for a wonderful exchange of ideas and comments.  This is a semi-moderated blog, so if you'd like to post an idea or comment, please do so in your best tone, or as your mama might say--"use your inside voice", and don't forget to smile as you write. I guess I mention this as  I have a pet-peeve for blogland folks whose posts and are always contrary, seldom kind or downright mean.  Don't get me wrong, I love a good controversy or debate--I just want to make sure it's done with respect and courtesy.

The show starts on January 3rd.  It will air weekly on WBCB [Bucks County's Best] 1490 AM at 4:30-5:00 PM  I'm really excited about this opportunity to host and facilitate some great stuff on the topic of real estate.  The material is endless and we will have a guest each week with a particular area of expertise to learn more on that particular subject.  I am personally excited as I consider myself to be a lifelong learner.  No one agent, or host could know it all, so I will be learning right along with you.  

I'd like to invite you to post an idea for the show, or suggest a guest on topics of interest to you related to real estate.  We plan to mix it up and make it fun by hosting contests, taking road trips to different neighborhoods, and maybe doing some live remotes from areas of interests in our Bucks county area.  

The show also broadcasts into Trenton, NJ as well--so we don't want to forget about our NJ neighbors--as there is some great stuff to explore right over the line into NJ.

So, there ya have it!  Just excited to be on the air to share some of the things I am passionate about when it comes to real estate.  Can't wait to dish about what is going on in our backyards when it comes to the biggest and most important purchase we make---that place we call home!
