Realtor, Investor, Radio Show Host, Land Baroness (wannabe!)
Patty has always loved real estate and radio. Who knew she would be putting the two together. Radio is a powerful, intimate and amazing way to communicate. As someone who listens to talk radio, Patty thought that a real estate forum on the air might be a great way to inform and educate. She wants to separate the hype from the hope when it comes to real estate transactions, whether you are a first-time homeowner or a seasoned investor.
Patty brings a wealth of business and marketing expertise to the real estate marketplace. As a former owner of several healthcare businesses over the past 25 years, Patty understands what it takes to create good and lasting relationships. She also is aware of what is important to both buyer and seller in any transaction. After a life long interest in real estate, then purchasing properties and investments of her own, she decided to switch industries and make real estate a full time career.
